Have somewhere else you need to be?

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or switch your appointment. The easiest way to do this is to log in to your account via www.schedulicity.com and make any changes via the Schedulcity website.

You will not be able to make appointment changes online if your appointment is less than 24 hours away. Please call if something comes up last minute. If you need to cancel via phone, please call 503-820-8040 and ask to be connected to your practitioner.

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, but please note that we require 24 hours notice of any appointment changes to avoid a last minute cancelation fee of the cost of the appointment.
