To our Watershed Wellness – Portland community,
We have been delivering holistic healthcare in the Ladd’s Addition neighborhood for nine years now, growing, learning, changing and enjoying the natural beauty of the place. It’s been wonderful!
Many of you know that we, Amanda and Eric, moved to Astoria on the Oregon Coast 3 years ago. We opened a second Watershed Wellness location there a year later, and it has been growing and thriving. Simultaneously, the economic and energetic environment of Portland has been changing. Increasing costs and competition have been the norm. As we approached our lease renewal, we realized it was time to consider a change.
So, we’ve made the tough decision to close the Portland Watershed Wellness location in September 2019 so we can be more focused on our home & community on the North Coast.
This decision was not made lightly, as we know that Watershed Wellness has become an important resource for many people. We have high hopes, though, that you will follow the wonderful practitioners you’ve come to know and rely upon to their new practice homes and come visit us at the Astoria location soon!
If you are a current patient of record, you may be wondering about your practitioners and the logistics of this transition. Don’t worry, we have you covered. We want to make sure you feel cared for every step of the way.
The information below regarding the relocation of our practitioners will be consistently updated. You may also be interested in this page of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about some important details of the transition including how to use existing gift certificates, and more.
Your practitioners may also be reaching out to you directly to discuss their plans and your future appointments.
We are so grateful to our practitioners, our patients, our staff and the neighbors and friends who have made Watershed Wellness in Portland such a wonderful place to work these last nine years.
